Supporting my dad makes me think about the short sighted nature of too many of us. If we are going to do all of the work to be Primo Papas, then do what we can to stay around long enough to enjoy it. We are all making huge sacrifices so that our kids have the best and see the best in us as men. That effort will produce a return. Are you doing your best to make sure you can collect on it?
Get off your butt, go see your doctor, take a walk, and stop eating all that crap! I want to see my kid graduate from everything. Watch him succeed in a career. Change the world with his unique talent. Meet "the" girl, and play with my grandchildren. I can't control my DNA or a falling piano, but I can be responsible for what I put in my mouth. It is my choice how often I break a sweat for my health instead of only when stressed. Let's make up our minds to stay off this "Top Ten" list!
